2026 Armfolk Armenian Cultural Exchange Tour To USA

Join us in celebrating Armenia’s vibrant heritage as the International Arts Fund (IAF) brings the acclaimed youth ensemble Armfolk to communities across the East Coast and Midwest. Through powerful performances of traditional Armenian folk dances, live music on the kanun, and interactive educational workshops, this tour fosters cultural understanding and builds lasting global friendships.

Participant Group: Armfolk (Armenia)

Armfolk is one of Armenia’s most talented cultural youth groups, committed to preserving and sharing the country’s vibrant traditions through performance and education. The ensemble has been invited to perform in the U.S. as part of a two-part tour:

The Armfolk Etchmiadzin Group (April 14 – May 1): A full ensemble featuring dancers and a musician. Their performances bring together traditional Armenian folk dances and live music on the kanun, which highlight Armenia’s rich traditions.

The Armfolk Yerevan Group (May 1 – 17): A highly talented group of dancers from Armenia’s capital, presenting dynamic choreography and folk dances representing various regions of historic Armenia.

Both groups have been hand-selected for this tour based on their exceptional artistry and international recognition.
Each performance concludes with an interactive workshop, inviting audience members to join the performers on stage to learn Armenian dances – an unforgettable experience for all ages.

A Cultural Exchange That Changes Lives

The International Arts Fund’s Cultural Exchange Program brings together young artists from around the world to build bridges of friendship, understanding, and peace through the arts.

This year, IAF is partnering with Rotary Clubs, universities, schools, and community organizations across the East Coast to host Armfolk, one of Armenia’s most accomplished cultural youth groups.

Through traditional Armenian folk dances, live music, and interactive workshops, Armfolk’s 2025 tour will share the beauty of Armenian heritage with audiences of all ages. These events foster cultural understanding and connect communities across borders.
